Great product I have a 2005 Chevy Duramax diesel all I did was drain and fill, and changed the Allison filter my truck shifts like a dream now and my gas mileage got better five stars here

I purchased this from the Lubricant Store before and was pleased with their service. This transmission fluid increased my mileage by 1.5 miles a gallon and really quited down the transmission and firmed up the shifts. It's now time to change so I'm getting another case from the Lubricant Store because their service is great.

Difference between mobil delvac 1 and mobil delvac?

BEST ANSWER: It depends on what you are specifically talking about. Mobil Delvac 1 and Mobil Delvac Synthetic are the same. That was a name change from Mobil. However, if it doesn't say Delvac "1", it is not fully synthetic. There are many vehicle lubricants in the Delvac family, not all of them are Delvac 1. The correct oil depends on your application.
My 2000 Ford Excursion 7.3 diesel engine calls for Mercon V, is this oil compatible? I use this truck to pull a fully loaded toy hauler up to the mountains.
