Mobil DEXRON-VI ATF is a high performance, synthetic blend formulation that meets or exceeds the stringent requirements of GM's DEXRON-VI specification and provides warranty protection for 2006 and newer GM vehicles. It also provides improved performance in older GM vehicles, wherever DEXRON is specified.
Mobil DEXRON-VI AFT offers improved performance in many transmissions, both new and older, when compared with earlier transmission fluids. Users can expect consistent shift quality for the life of the transmission, as well as extended transmission life and longer ATF life. It is still important to refer to the owner's manual for recommended service drain intervals, but ATF life can be extended for transmission in both normal and severe conditions.
