NLGI Grade 2 Mobil Centaur Moly 2 is a great choice to meet the tough lubrication demands of mining and construction equipment, marine equipment, plus heavily loaded industrial bearings. Mobil Centaur Moly 2 grease is also suitable for lubrication of heavy-duty trucks, including chassis, king pins, spring shackles, u-joints, tie rods, hinge and bucket pins and fifth wheels. Formulated with advanced calcium sulfonate thickener technology, the EP properties derived from the calcium thickener also have inherently better thermal stability than those from conventional Sulphur/Phosphorus EP additives. Mobil Centaur Moly 2 is recommended for heavily loaded applications or environments highly contaminated with water, and is fortified with 3 percent molybdenum disulfide, which provides exceptional performance in Extreme Pressure and severe sliding situations, as well as superior water spray-off, washout and corrosion resistance.
