Mobil Delvac Extended Life 50/50 Prediluted Coolant/Antifreeze is ready to use right as soon as it arrives. It provides excellent protection of all cooling system metals using organic corrosion inhibitors that protect cooling systems for 1,000,000 miles of on-road use (8 years or 20,000 hours of off-highway use). Since the organic corrosion inhibitors don't easily deplete, there is no need for Supplemental Coolant Additives that are required when using conventional coolants. Mobil Delvac Extended Life 50/50 Prediluted Coolant/Antrifreeze is phosphate-free, silicate-free, nitrite-free, and borate-free, and has an ethylene glycol base.

I chose mobil delvac extended life 50/50 prediluted coolant/antifreeze, because of its nice quality, and it cools engine extremely good, unlike any other antifreeze. Mobil are awesomely the best because of their hardworking years of expertise, and knowledge in engines.

Hi, good question. The Delvac line is specifically designed for diesel engines. This coolant in particular contains typical anti-corrosive elements as well as cavitation protection which diesels are particularly susceptible to given the excessive vibration. While this particular product most likely would not do any harm, try selecting a coolant that is more suited to your application with a gasoline engine and ensure it's compatible with what is already in the coolant system. Ford was famous for their characteristic orange coolant in many of their engines but that shouldn't be mixed with anything else (green, red, or yellow) without completely flushing the system first.

Yes you can but make sure you flush out the coolant and use only this coolant. Also, don’t mix any other types of coolant
