With ISO Viscosity Grade 220, Mobil DTE BB is a high-performance, heavy-duty circulating oil designed for continuous reuse in circulation lubrication systems for gears and bearings. Demonstrating excellent resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation, Mobil DTE BB possesses good demulsibility, permitting water and other contaminants to separate readily from the oil in the system reservoir. Mobil DTE BB is a versatile lubricant for a variety of industrial equipment including plain bearings; roller bearings; parallel shaft and bevel gearings; moderate-duty spur, bevel, helical and herringbone gear units; circulating systems; hydraulic systems employing gear, vane, radial and axial piston pumps where anti-wear hydraulic fluids are required and clearances are relatively large; compressors and vacuum pumps handling air, natural gas and inert gases, provided the discharge temperatures do not exceed 302 degrees F (150 degrees C); applications using splash, bath and ring oil arrangements and all other application methods involving pumps, valves and auxiliary equipment.
