Mobil Pegasus 610 offers remarkable resistance to valve train wear while shielding against deposit and sludge formation. Because of its effective detergency and dispersancy characteristics, Mobil Pegasus 610 is highly recommended for lubrication of spark ignition engines and modern medium- and high-speed four-cycle engines operating on fuel that contains corrosive materials such as hydrogen sulfide or halogens. Mobil Pegasus 610 is highly effective in older gas engines having copper-based bearing metals fueled by aggressive bio-gases. The high level of chemical stability and resistance to oxidation and nitration of Mobil Pegasus 610 results in reduced combustion chamber deposits, prolonged lubricant life, excellent control of valve wear and reduced heat exchange deposits.
