Mobil Rarus 827 is a supreme performance synthetic air compressor lubricant engineered for the lubrication of severe duty reciprocating air compressors*. It provides wear protection and resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation that is far superior to mineral oils. This high performance lubricant also greatly reduces the potential for fires and explosions compared to mineral oil based products. In addition, it displays excellent water seperability, protecting downstream equipment and reducing sludge formation.
Mobil Rarus 827 meets or exceeds the strict requirements of major compressor manufacturers.
*Not recommended for air compressors used in breathing air applications.
